Nationwide, over 20,000 youth are forced to exit the foster care system annually without a forever family. By the age of 22, 70% of them will be on government assistance, 25% will not have a diploma, and over 82% of them will lack a college degree. Optimum Path is the connector between extended foster care and support services affording these young adults the needed skills for victorious transitions into society.
